Same game. Same room.
At a LAN party, you bring your computer and play in the same hall as other gamers. Come with friends or get to know the players sitting next to you.

What makes it a LAN?
LAN stands for local area network: the network connecting the computers in the hall. You bring your PC or laptop, settle into your seat and connect to the event network.
Some games use local servers; others still need the internet and your usual game accounts. Install games and updates before you leave, then keep your login and two-factor authentication ready for arrival.
From your desk to the LAN
Bring your setup. Pack your computer, screen, keyboard, mouse, headset and the cables listed in the packing guide.
Find your seat and connect. Check in, set up your equipment and follow the event network instructions. Ask the helpdesk if you get stuck.
Play together. Join your friends, meet the players around you or enter a competition that suits your game and experience.
More than the next match
Your teammates are sitting next to you, so you can celebrate a win together or grab something to eat between games.
Play competitively, join casual games or take a break to watch. You don’t need a tournament team to enjoy a LAN party.
