How group booking works
Sign in and tell us your edition, group name and how many people are coming. Submit one request for your group. The active sales phase determines the ticket and price; you do not choose a different phase.
The FoM team reviews the request. Check My quotes for your personal offer. A request does not reserve anything. An approved offer reserves the quoted tickets from the stock of that sales phase until its expiry date. Seats are not reserved.
Review the price and expiry date. The quoted price remains valid until that date, even if the sales phase changes. Accepting transfers your reserved tickets to an order with a payment deadline. Group tickets are non-refundable.
Start payment before the deadline. After successful payment, find the order in My orders and the passes in My tickets. Assign the tickets and choose seats separately.
VIP and extras
VIP tickets cannot be requested through group booking. The VIP waiting room opens on 5 November 2026 at 19:45 Belgian time; sales start at 20:00. Rentals and merchandise are separate purchases and do not qualify for the group discount.
