Buying tickets and choosing your seat

Ticket sales for Frag-o-Matic 28.0 open on Thursday, 5 November 2026 at 20:00 (Belgian local time). Buy and pay for your tickets, assign each one to an attendee, then choose seats and get ready for check-in.

One ticket per attendee

Each entry ticket is for one person. Buying for friends? You can buy the tickets, then assign each one to the person using it.

If you’re buying for a clan or team, check who will use each ticket. The buyer and the attendee can be different people.

From purchase to check-in

1. Purchase

  1. Sign in or create an account, then buy your tickets in the FoM shop.

  2. Use official tickets. Unofficial purchases can leave you with a cancelled ticket or one that is not assigned to you.

  3. Start payment before the reservation deadline shown in checkout. Expired unpaid reservations are released after any payment in progress has been checked.

2. Pay

  1. Choose a payment method shown at checkout and follow Mollie’s instructions. If payment is interrupted, check My orders for the available payment options.

  2. Once your payment is confirmed, you can download your tickets from My tickets.

  3. Need a business invoice? Add your company details at checkout, or open an order in My orders and select Request an invoice.

3. Assign and reserve

  1. Tickets can be assigned to the final attendee before check-in when that is required by the event rules.

  2. Seat reservations should be handled early, especially for groups that want to sit together.

  3. Clan or team leaders usually get the smoothest result by handling the ticket purchase and seat reservations for the full group.

4. Check-in

  1. Bring a valid assigned ticket and a photo ID or passport for verification at the entrance.

  2. Make sure the ticket is ready, assigned correctly, and linked to the person actually attending the event.

    Group offers and payment

    1. Groups of 15 or more can request 10% off Regular tickets, including Early Bird, Normal and Late Entry. The active sales phase at approval determines the ticket and price. The discount is not added automatically in your cart. VIP tickets, rentals and merchandise are excluded.

    2. Check My quotes for your request status and personal offer. A request does not reserve stock. An approved offer reserves the quoted tickets and price until its expiry date, including across a sales-phase change. Seats are not reserved. Group tickets are non-refundable.

    3. Accepting an offer transfers its reserved tickets to your order and starts the payment deadline shown in checkout. Start payment before that deadline. A declined, cancelled or expired offer releases its stock. Expired unpaid orders release stock after any payment in progress has been checked.

    The VIP waiting room

    1. The VIP waiting room opens on 5 November 2026 at 19:45 Belgian time, 15 minutes before sales start at 20:00. You cannot join earlier. Sign in ahead of time, then join from 19:45. Everyone waiting at 20:00 gets an equal chance in the random starting order; joining at 19:45 gives no advantage over 19:59. Later arrivals join at the back. Refreshing or opening extra tabs does not improve your place.

    2. Keep the waiting room open. When your turn arrives, a checkout button and deadline appear. Use the quantity admitted for your account and start checkout and payment within that time.

    3. A place in the queue does not guarantee a ticket. If your turn expires before you check out, you may rejoin at the back. If you have already created an order, continue from My orders. A payment being processed is checked before tickets are released.
