Important points:
- Keep your gaming area clean and use the provided trash bags.
- Empty bottles can be returned at the bar.
- Please place any unused Oktoberhallen chairs at the front of the row.
Where is Frag-o-Matic?

Where can I go if I have a question or problem?
The helpdesk (located to the left of the stage) is there to assist you. For:

You can also create a ticket in our Discord. If needed, the helpdesk sells network cables, power strips, and earplugs (while supplies last).
I rented a Speedseats gaming chair — where do I pick it up and return it?
If you rented a Speedseats gaming chair, you can pick it up on Friday at the rental stand near the red gate (next to the darts). You can return your rented chair on Sunday at the same location.

Useful information
- Drink and food cards are available at the bar (cash only) and at the helpdesk (cash & card).
- Your seat number can be found on your wristband.
- The Oktoberhallen does not offer cash withdrawal services.
- Frag-o-Matic provides a full catering service. The full menu is available here: http://www.fom.be/contents/view/food-and-drink
- Bringing prepared meals from external catering services is not allowed.
